As long as your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’re happy to adjust or cancel it for you.
Simply send us an email with your order number and request to info@alemi-zurich.com.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation, your order is already on its way to you – unfortunately, changes are no longer possible at that stage.
As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation by email with your personal tracking number. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

For orders outside Switzerland and the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. We cover all duties and import fees for shipments to the USA and the UK (Delivery Duty Paid).
Please note: Any additional charges are your responsibility, and in case of a return you may need to request a refund directly from your customs office. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing your order.

Yes – we offer digital gift cards in amounts of €25, €50, €100, €200 and €500.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, the gift code will be sent to you by email and can be redeemed right away or whenever you like.

We’re happy to offer a repair service for all ALEMI products. If your case is covered by warranty, the repair is free of charge. For all other repairs, we’ll gladly provide you we will be happy to provide you with an individual cost estimate. Find more details about our repair service here.
Yes – every ALEMI product is covered by a two-year legal warranty. This includes material and workmanship defects not caused by normal wear and tear.
