Delivery to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA is free of charge. Within the EU, standard shipping costs €9, to the UK £9, and to all other countries we ship with DHL Express from €19. Express delivery is also available within Europe: €15 in Germany, CHF 15 in Switzerland and €19 in all other European countries. All delivery costs and times per country: Shipping & Taxes.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The return fee for your country is listed on our Returns & Refunds page – returns in our stores in Zurich and Munich are free of charge.

Orders to the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the UK and the USA arrive with all taxes and import duties included. For all other countries, duties and taxes may be charged on delivery.
