1.3 Joint Controllership. Where AMELI Zurich GmbH and AMELI Zurich Eurotrade GmbH jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data — in particular for shared customer service, marketing operations and the joint operation of this online shop via Shopify Markets — they act as joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. The essential content of the joint controller arrangement, including the allocation of responsibilities, is available upon request via the contact details above. Regardless of this arrangement, you may exercise your data subject rights against either of the two controllers.

15) Storage Period of Personal Data
