Delivery times in business days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 am CET (Switzerland: 9 am) are dispatched the same day. In Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czechia and Hungary, shipping is charged in your local currency – the exact cost for your address is shown at checkout. Returns are possible within 30 days; all return fees are listed on our Returns & Refunds page.
Shipping & Delivery
To make sure your ALEMI order reaches you the way that works best, we offer flexible shipping options:
- Standard shipping: Delivered by DHL or a trusted local partner
- Express shipping: Faster delivery with DHL Express
For shipments outside the EU and Switzerland, we use DHL Express only – so your order arrives safely and without delay.
Every order is shipped as an insured parcel with tracking details. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 am (CET) are processed the same day.
For Switzerland: All orders are shipped via Swiss Post as insured parcels with tracking information. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 a.m. (CET) are processed the same business day.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.
Tax & Duties
Orders to the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the UK and the USA arrive with all taxes and import duties already included – there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
For all other countries, your local customs office may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. These are not included in our prices. In case of a return, they can usually be reclaimed from your customs office – we recommend checking with your local authorities before ordering.
