• Standard shipping: Delivered by DHL or a trusted local partner
• Express shipping: Faster delivery with DHL Express

For shipments outside the EU, we use DHL Express only — so your order arrives safely and without delay.

Every order is shipped as an insured parcel with tracking details. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 am (CET) are processed the same day.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

There are no customs duties or import fees within Switzerland and the EU.

For orders shipped outside these regions, extra charges may apply depending on the destination.

We cannot cover these costs, except for the USA and UK — where we take care of all customs duties and import fees for you (Delivery Duty Paid).

Please keep in mind: In all other countries, you are responsible for any additional fees. For returns, you may need to request a refund directly from your customs office.
