Return & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Important: The return must be actively registered with us within this period.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
- The original packaging and all components (e.g. dust bag and straps) are fully included
- The tag and any protective films are still attached to the product
Returns that do not meet these requirements or are not registered within the return period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
To return your ALEMI order, please follow these steps:
- Register your return: Simply register within 14 days here
- Pack with care: Include all components (e.g. straps, dust bag, hangtags), use the original or a similar box, fill the bag to keep its shape, and leave straps detached if they were delivered separately.
- Send it back: Drop off your package at your local post office.

Please note: If packaging is unsuitable or parts are missing, this may reduce your refund or, in rare cases, prevent us from accepting the return.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. This helps us encourage mindful consumption and reduce unnecessary returns.
The standard return fees are:
- €10 from Germany
- €15 from Austria
- €20 from other EU countries
- $20 from the USA
- £20 from the UK
For returns from all other countries, you will need to organize and pay for shipping yourself.
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
Exchange
At this time, direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. If you'd like a different model or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Claims & Exceptions
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@alemi-zurich.com. Our team will address your request promptly
We kindly ask for your understanding that the following items are excluded from returns:
- Gift cards
- Leather care products (e.g. ALEMI Leather Milk)
- Items purchased from the Second Love Sale
- Custom orders (e.g. personalized products or special requests)
Instructions for cancellation
Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (ALEMI Zurich GmbH, VDS Fulfillment, Siemensstraße 14, 37412 Herzberg am Harz, Germany, Tel.: +41 44 797 56 52, E-Mail: info@alemi-zurich.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) and send back the goods you want to return.
To do so, please access our Returns Portal and use the information provided there for your return. In case you experience problems with our return portal, please contact us at info@alemi-zurich.com).
You may also use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
