We’d love to send you an ALEMI bag as a gift 💛
There is no obligation and no fixed script, we simply hope that, if the bag fits naturally into your life, you’ll feel happy to share it with your community in your own authentic way. By accepting the gift and sharing content featuring ALEMI, you agree to the following terms:
1. Usage Rights
ALEMI may use the content you create featuring the gifted product for organic commercial purposes across its own channels, including:
- Organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Website usage (including product pages, landing pages)
- Newsletter / Email Marketing
Usage applies worldwide.
2. Content Editing
ALEMI may crop, resize, shorten, reformat, and lightly edit the content for placement across channels, while respecting the original integrity of the content.
3. Platforms
Usage includes:
- Facebook
- TikTok
- ALEMI Website
- Newsletter / Email Marketing
4. No Additional Compensation
As this is a gifting collaboration, no additional financial compensation is included unless otherwise agreed separately in writing. The gifted product is considered the full compensation for this collaboration.
5. Separate Agreements
For larger campaigns, paid partnerships, extended usage rights, or creator licensing agreements, a separate written agreement will be created.
